Requesting a cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. We will check the order's status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Orders already processed or dispatched
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed for dispatch or handed to the carrier. If the parcel has already shipped, contact us for guidance under our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for confirmed cancellations
If we confirm a cancellation after payment has been made, any approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method where possible. The time taken for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.
