Delivery coverage and charges
Available delivery destinations and the final shipping charge are shown during checkout. Standard delivery is free on eligible orders of ₹1,000 and above. For orders below ₹1,000, the applicable shipping charge shown at checkout will apply.
Order processing and delivery estimates
Processing and delivery estimates can vary based on product availability, destination, courier operations and serviceable PIN code. Any estimate presented during checkout or in your order or shipping confirmation is indicative and may change due to circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, use the tracking link or number provided in your shipping confirmation. A carrier may take some time to show its first tracking scan.
Delivery address
Please carefully verify your full address, PIN code and phone number before placing your order. If a destination cannot be serviced, the order may require an update or cancellation.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is offered only when available for the specific order and delivery location. Any applicable COD fee will be shown during checkout before you confirm the order.
