Payment at checkout
Payment methods can vary by order and availability. The methods shown on the Shopify checkout page are the ones available for your order. Please check the payment options and final amount before confirming.
Online payments
When offered, online payments are processed using the payment provider displayed at checkout. Follow the provider's secure instructions and never share your banking password, card PIN or one-time password with anyone claiming to represent Butterfly.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available only when it appears as an option at checkout for your order and delivery location. Any COD fee, if applicable, will be displayed before you place your order.
Payment questions
If a payment appears to have been deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact us with your order details and payment reference. Do not send full card details or OTPs.
