You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered, provided the item is eligible for return. Items must be unused, unaltered and returned with their original packaging and accessories. Returns and refund requests

Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video if available. We will review the details and confirm the next steps. A refund or replacement is provided only after the issue has been reviewed and approved.
Condition of returned items
Where a return is approved, the item should be unused, unaltered and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery or identified as non-returnable on the product page may not qualify, subject to applicable law.
Approved refunds
